QR concierge in the room
A QR code in the room replaces the call to reception: clean towels, late check-out, a taxi, a wake-up call, luggage, a problem in the room. Requests land in a reception inbox with status and notes, the guest follows progress live, and anything ordered goes straight onto the room folio.

Per-line VAT for accommodation and F&B, city tax handled, a fiscal receipt and e-Factura to ANAF via Oblio, plus the cash-register book (Registru) and Z-report (Raport Z). VAT, city tax and e-Factura are calculated automatically.
