Frequently asked questions.

Everything operators ask before they leave the aggregator and launch their own platform: what it costs, what is included, how the fiscal side works, and how fast you are live.

The platform

What exactly is DelivCore?+
DelivCore is a white-label restaurant platform engine. One configuration spins up thirteen branded surfaces on your own domain: counter POS, waiter app, self-order kiosk, kitchen display, pickup board, QR menu, ordering website, iOS and Android apps, courier app, hotel PMS, gym portal and the admin behind them. You run the platform; we provide the engine.
Is DelivCore a Zeew alternative?+
Yes. We ran on Zeew, then rebuilt the engine. Each client gets an isolated instance, Romanian fiscal (POS, AMEF, e-Factura, SAGA) and kiosk / KDS / waiter in the same system — not only customer, vendor and driver apps. Marketplace from €199/month, 0% commission. See migrate from Zeew.
How is DelivCore different from Great Food or Horeka?+
They sell a branded restaurant app (and they already have courier GPS — we do not pretend otherwise). DelivCore is a city marketplace: many restaurants, your commission, isolated instance, fiscal POS, public pricing. Compare Great Food, Horeka and Glovo / Bolt / Wolt.
How does DelivCore compare to Flipdish, Owner.com or Hyperzod?+
From the 2026 international landscape: Flipdish / ChowNow / Owner.com = restaurant ordering (courier is the gap). Hyperzod = cheap white-label ($29+, 0.99%). DelivCore = isolated city marketplace, 0% commission. See Flipdish, Owner.com, Hyperzod.
How does DelivCore compare to Tookan, Shipday or Foodaway?+
Tookan / Shipday are dispatch tools — they route couriers, they are not a marketplace. Foodaway is a hosted ordering page. DelivCore is the city marketplace plus fleet plus POS. See Tookan / Shipday, Foodaway and the comparison hub.
How is this different from Glovo, Bolt Food or Wolt?+
Aggregators rent you one screen and take up to 30% of every order, keeping the brand, the customer and the data. With DelivCore the apps carry your brand, the customer is yours, and you keep 100% of every order for a flat platform license. See DelivCore vs Glovo / Bolt / Wolt and the comparison hub.
Do we have to drop the aggregators on day one?+
No. Keep taking aggregator orders exactly as you do today. DelivCore runs your own channels alongside them: your app, your website, QR at the table, kiosk. Most operators shift volume gradually as their own channel grows, and every order that moves over stops paying the 30%.
How long until we are live?+
Provisioning is automated: your own database, your backend and every edge function come up in minutes, not weeks. What takes the rest of the time is your menu, your branding and your Stripe account, and we do those with you. Most operators are live within a week.
Do we keep our own customer data?+
Yes. Each client runs on an isolated backend: your own Supabase and Stripe, your data, your keys, with row-level security on every table. You can audit and export your data.
Do we need our own Stripe and Supabase?+
Yes, and that is the point, they stay in your name so you own the money flow and the data. We automate the setup during provisioning.
What payment methods are supported?+
Stripe cards with 3DS, saved cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, cash on delivery, split payments at the table, pay-by-QR from the guest's phone, and fiscal printing on every one of them. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you, not with us.
Can we launch in multiple countries and currencies?+
Yes. DelivCore is multi-country, multi-currency and multi-language at the config layer: any currency, locale-aware dates, numbers and VAT, set per client. Your menu translates automatically into 30+ languages, so a foreign guest scanning the QR reads it in their own.
Can we run more than one location?+
Yes. Locations sit under one account with consolidated reports, and you can put them side by side: sales, food cost, waste and labour cost per venue. Multi-restaurant reporting comes with POS Full; groups and chains are quoted on the call.

Pricing

What does it cost?+
A flat monthly license, and no commission on orders, ever. The QR menu is €20/month. POS starts at €65/month with the till, fiscal receipts and cloud inventory included, then goes through €99 and €119 up to €199/month for the whole floor, kitchen and back office. The complete system, delivery dispatch and your own iOS and Android apps included, is from €499/month all-in. Extra modules are €15/month each. Plus a one-time setup fee, quoted on your demo call. Full breakdown and a savings calculator on the pricing page.
What do we get on the cheapest POS plan?+
POS Start, €65/month, is a complete legal till: fiscal receipts on an AMEF printer, cloud inventory with stock, suppliers and automatic goods receipt (NIR) pulled from e-Factura, customers and invoicing, sales reports and the Z-report at close, and DelivCore AI. Recipes, food cost and premium reports start at POS Pro.
Do you take a commission on our orders?+
No. 0% commission, no per-order fee and no order cap, on any plan. The money moves through your own Stripe account straight to your bank. The only thing you pay us is the monthly license.
What is the one-time setup fee for?+
It covers provisioning your isolated instance (your own database, your own Stripe, your own domain), branding every surface, migrating your menu and your data and, where apps are involved, submitting to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts. It is one clear number, quoted on the demo call from your locations and surfaces, with no hidden metering afterwards.
Can we change plan or swap modules later?+
Yes, it is built to be swapped. Extra modules are €15/month each: waiter app, kiosk, kitchen display, pickup board. On POS Pro the included module can be swapped for another at no extra cost, and you can move up or down a plan at any time.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?+
On the hotel plans, yes: paying yearly is −30%. On the gym plans an annual plan waives the setup fee entirely, which is €490 to €1,900 depending on the tier. On the restaurant plans, ask us on the call.
Is there a free trial?+
There is no self-serve trial yet, but you don't buy blind. Try the public live demo right now, then we spin up a sandbox on your brand before the demo call, so you decide on your own product rather than on our slides. The delivery-fleet plans come with the first month free, and the white-label plans with the first three months free.

Fiscal and Romanian compliance

Does it handle Romanian fiscal requirements?+
Yes, natively. Fiscal receipts print from the POS, VAT is per item with the 11% / 21% split, every session closes with a Z-report and a cash register ledger, and invoices flow to ANAF SPV as e-Factura through our Oblio integration. e-Transport, the VAT return and lot traceability come with POS Basic. See the fiscal compliance page.
Which fiscal printers do you support?+
Datecs-class printers through our printer bridge: FP-700X, DP-150 (MX), DP-25 MX and WP-500, over LAN, USB or serial. No proprietary hardware and no per-printer licence. If you already own a compatible Datecs AMEF, we connect to what you have. See the hardware page.
Can our accountant get the data out?+
Yes. Invoices go to ANAF SPV as e-Factura automatically, and the SAGA accounting export is a €30/month module that hands your accountant the file they already work with. Beyond that the database is yours: you can export anything, any time, without asking us.
Does it do goods receipt (NIR)?+
Yes, and it does it from the invoice, not by hand. Supplier invoices are pulled from SPV / e-Factura, matched to your products and turned into a NIR with the legal fields filled in. Stock moves, weighted average cost updates, and the paperwork stops being an evening job.

Modules and verticals

Is stock and inventory management included?+
Yes, cloud inventory is on every plan, including the €65 one: stock, suppliers, goods receipt and inventory counts. What you buy higher up is the analysis, not the basics: recipes, food cost, menu engineering, stock aging and waste, from POS Pro upwards. See the inventory page.
Do you have something for hotels and guesthouses?+
Yes, a full PMS from €79/month for a guesthouse with no restaurant, €149 for a boutique with its own F&B and €249 for 16 to 30 rooms; larger properties are quoted after we walk them with you. Booking.com reservations land in the calendar by themselves, the guest orders by QR from the room and it goes on the folio, and accommodation VAT and city tax are handled. See the hotel page.
Do you have something for gyms and fitness clubs?+
Yes: memberships, live check-in, class bookings with a waiting list, turnstile and gate access by QR or RFID, and a member app in your colours. €99/month up to 300 active members, €179 for a fully automated 24/7 club with recurring card payments and native 7Card, ESX and SanoPass, and from €299 for a chain. See the gym page.
Do you handle catering and event orders?+
Yes. Enquiry, quote, advance, production and fiscal close live in one event file: a capacity calendar so you don't overbook a Saturday, ingredient requirements exploded from the event menu into a supply list, and an advance-and-balance ledger so the money reconciles against a proper fiscal document. See the catering page.
Can we deliver with our own couriers?+
Yes. A live dispatch board, a courier app with GPS and ETAs, delivery zones with per-zone fees, and auto-dispatch that assigns the order for you. €99/month for a small fleet, €199 with auto-dispatch, route optimisation and Glovo / Wolt / Bolt sync, and a white-label courier app at city scale. First month free, no per-order fees. See the dispatch page.
Can Glovo, Wolt and Bolt orders come into the same system?+
Yes. Aggregator orders land on the same board and the same kitchen screen as your own, so the kitchen works one queue instead of three tablets. The integration is included in POS Full, or €20/month as a module on a smaller plan.
What is DelivCore AI?+
A copilot that is included on every plan, not an upsell. It learns what normal looks like in your venue and tells you when something is off: a product bleeding margin, waste climbing, a shift costing more than it sells. There is a public AI assistant for your guests, and if you already run your own agent you can connect it over MCP and query your own data.

Getting started and support

Can we try it right now, without a call?+
Yes. The QR menu of our demo restaurant is public: open the live demo from any phone, no account needed. The self-order kiosk has a live demo too. For the POS, admin and courier surfaces we spin up a branded sandbox before your demo call.
How does menu migration work?+
We do it, and it is free. Send us what you have, a menu PDF, a spreadsheet, a link to your current site, and we load categories, products, options, photos and prices during onboarding. You review it in the admin, change anything, and it is live on every surface at once.
We are on GloriaFood or another ordering platform. Can you move us?+
Yes, and we have done it before. Menu, categories, options and prices come over, your domain points at your new ordering site, and you stop paying a commission on orders that were already yours. See the GloriaFood migration page. Coming from Zeew or another white-label marketplace? See migrate from Zeew.
Can you migrate us from another hotel PMS?+
Yes. Rooms, rates and guest history come over from SoftHotel, PHOEBUS or Vilicotel free of charge on the Hotel plan, and we run Opera (Oracle), Protel and Clock PMS migrations end to end on the resort tier.
What hardware do we need?+
The restaurant POS runs on any Android tablet, and there are a full browser POS and a waiter app that run on any device with a browser: no proprietary hardware. Fiscal printing connects through our printer bridge to Datecs and compatible fiscal printers (incl. the FP-700X protocol). The kiosk runs on any Android totem or tablet.
What support do we get?+
24/7 support: a direct line to the people who built the platform. Write to hello@delivcore.com anytime, day or night, and we help. Onboarding is guided end to end, and updates ship continuously without interrupting your service.
