DelivCore runs in the browser (cloud), so you're not tied to a dedicated "box" like a legacy POS. It runs on any tablet, phone or all-in-one. Below: what each app needs, what the law requires, and three ready-to-order packages with current Romanian-market prices.
The smallest setup is a single Android tablet. DelivCore runs in the browser; add the fiscal register and a card terminal only when you start selling.
pos-web · waiter-web · kitchen-web · kiosk-web are web apps: they run on any tablet, phone or all-in-one with a modern browser. You buy low-cost, flexible hardware, mix devices and scale per station, with no vendor lock-in. The only piece that must be compatible is the fiscal register: DelivCore talks to the Datecs family through a small local service (fiscal-bridge).
Every app runs on ordinary, low-cost hardware.

Fiscal cash register
The fiscal receipt prints on an approved register (AMEF). DelivCore supports the Datecs family out of the box, through the local bridge. Four options, by volume:
Compact, mini-USB + serial. Entry level, small site.
Electronic journal, modem, encryption. Balanced price/features.
LAN + USB + 2× RS-232, drawer port, GSM. Maximum connectivity.
Fiscal printer, auto cutter, customer display. Fast food / high volume.
Where the bridge runs: on a Windows or Linux PC/all-in-one at the till, or on a headless mini-PC / Raspberry Pi on the network (tablets reach it over LAN). One Datecs serves the whole floor.
Card payment terminal
Above the legal turnover threshold, businesses must accept card payments (Law 191/2018). It's separate from the fiscal register. Three options:
Entry-level mPOS, 1.95%/transaction. Printer bundle: ~540 lei.
Standalone bank terminal today; a native DelivCore integration is coming soon. No per-transaction fee on monthly plans.
Alternative, instant settlement, no subscription.
Pay at the table: Through Stripe, the guest settles the whole bill from their phone by scanning a QR, without waiting for the waiter and the POS.
